SHOTWELL at Shotwell’s: Holiday Cookie Happy Hour

In 2026, we’re getting out of the storefront and into the community with SHOTWELL, a hyper-local journal celebrating the land, lives and histories of a single, 15-block street in San Francisco’s Mission District. A publication blending print and digital formats with in-person events, SHOTWELL will seek to deepen connections within our community and invite more curiosity about the places we call home. 

To get things going, we’re gathering at Shotwell’s, the official meeting place of SHOTWELL’s editorial team, for a Holiday Cookie Happy Hour. Folks are invited to bring their favorite cookies to share. Along with its excellent line-up of craft beers, Shotwell’s will have its seasonal mulled wine on offer. “Perfect for dipping cookies,” notes Shotwell’s co-owner David Hall. How better to celebrate the season?
