Kids' Lantern Workshop

It wouldn’t be a community parade without children. Join us for a free, drop-in kids’ workshop where we’ll make simple lanterns from milk jugs (yay, recycling!), tissue paper and other materials.

This workshop is free, but please register so we can plan accordingly!

Important details:
+ Children must be accompanied by adults.
+ Some materials (googly eyes, pipe cleaners, etc.) are recommended for kids age 3 or over.
+ Bring a milk jug from home or use one of ours.
+ Shotwell Paper Mill requires participants to sign a waiver form.
+ The entry to Shotwell Paper Mill has two stairs. Please contact us with any other questions about accessibility.
