The events of 2016 and 2017 set off a violent sway of extreme polarities, on global, local, and personal levels. In this climate of instability, the urgency for prolonged action is great. This evening workshop with Shannon Bronson explores how can we use body and mind to balance extremes, focus energy, and take sustainable action.
As conscious citizens we maintain strength through balancing mind and body, through action and reflection. To be conscious is to bring awareness to what inner and outer experiences activate, pacify, and balance the sway of the pendulum—so we become citizens of focused and compassionate action.
Through gentle yogic movement and creative mapping, Shannon Bronson will help reveal your individual pendulum as your guide back to center.
Please bring a yoga mat for the evening.
